Teams managing several websites in one CatchCMS admin can now assign each administrator the sites they manage. The same assignment applies when the account selects a site in the admin, maintains site content or uses MCP to operate site data.
What's included in this update
- Assign managed sites: Select sites when creating or editing an administrator account.
- Scope admin operations: Site and domain lists follow the account's assignment, while site-level requests for categories, content, forms and settings check the target site.
- Apply the same scope to MCP: AI clients provide
site_idfor site-level operations, and the server checks the sites assigned to the token's admin account.
Configure existing accounts
A super administrator can assign sites to existing admins so they can continue managing the relevant content. MCP tokens use the site assignment of their owner, keeping multi-site collaboration in one admin workspace.
